- In South America, especially the countries in the North, they literally fix everything, at a very low cost. - In Colombia, we saw the bucket thing that has the "squeezer" being sold on the streets...and really, that´s something that we haven´t seen anywhere in the continent!
I don´t necessarily agree with the healthy and balanced diet...we found the almuerzos to be very balanced, cheap, and nutritious (especially for cyclists). When you get to Argentina and Chile, they become so expensive that you then realise how good they were up North. Not sure you can get such balanced food as an almuerzo anywhere in the US
